How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: By working with others in the Public Health System in NS over the course of the past few years more and more meetings are being facilitatied by people who have art of hosting style training.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am a starting practitioner. I have begun hosting a couple of meetings this year with my colleaues with help from others who have the AoH training. I feel competent in facilitation, but the planning part is an area where I would like to build some more capacity ie.. what tools are appropriate for what ends. Also how to use the harvest after a meeting has finished.

Where do you live/work?: I live in Dartmouth and work at the NS dept of health and Wellness

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am interested in change management. Understanding how people, teams, organizations, systems undergo massive changes. It feels like we are constantly changing and most of my work is about change.
