I am an experienced practitioner and have studied with Peter Block, Kathi Dannemiller, Merrelyn Emery, Harrison Owen, Barry Oshry and others to learn from the masters in the field. I have my MSOD from AU/NTL and have continued my studies in democratic processes yearly. I love teaching others about group dialogues and employ these methods in my consulting practice and as a volunteer. I am always hungry to learn more!
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Creative visioning and ideation, learning circles, Open Space, Future Search and hybrid approaches to promote effective dialogues. I love teaching conflict resolution and coaching using Polarity Management ideas from Barry Johnson. ALways seeking opportunities to share Barry Oshry's work on Power and Systems--the Organization Workshop simulation and other learning designs.
