How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

My friend Candido Mendes has referred me after joining sessions in Brazil, arou d a year ago. I was attracted by the opportunity to exchange experiences and learnings on hosting/ facilitation / leadership

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I am definetely  new and looking for more opportunitis to acquire in depth knowledge on it. My job is to steer, motivate and get the best out of multidisciplinar teams. Eventually I work with multiple teams from different areas/ departments where these methodologies are fundamental .

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

I guess steering teams, facilitating worshops/ worksessions

Where do you live/work?

In The Netherlands. Live in The Hague and work in Amsterdam for Philips
