How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first heard about AoH in Belgium. I was a part of a large youth organization, AIESEC and we invited some AoH facilitators and used several techniques and methodologies at our conferences. What attracted me was the concept of facilitating meaningful conversations using open space technology, world café and other techniques.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I have been very keen to participate in the AoH community and become a practioner myself to then use this to help individuals, organizations and communities.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Enabling individuals, organizations and communities to unlock their potential and be truly extraordinary. I want to be a catalyst and I believe AoH would provide me to further develop myself and my facilitation skills.
