How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I participated in theAoH workshop in Madrid in July 2011. I was attracted to it because I believe any situation, e.g. Meetings, change initiatives, group facilitation, requires the skill of hosting.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I loved the workshop! I work with leadership development, facilitating and moderating learning events. One of the initiatives I am involved in is based on Theroy U and the principle of cocreation, where I design and facilitate parts of the initiative. I would consider myself a starting practitioner in AoH.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Leadership development & learning
