Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Competence zero.
Interest very high; have read a great deal about differing forms of change, facilitation and hosting, attended an Appreciative Inquiry with NESTA last year, went to Tasting the Future in London Feb 2011 have read widely around change, facilitation, leadership inc Peter Merry, Meg Wheatley, Peter Senge, David Bohm, Jay Jaworski, Future Search, attended many open spaces, one conversation cafe.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I want to become better at designing spaces for people to meet and learn together as part of my work running a social enterprise which supports voluntary facilitators running their own carbon reduction groups.
