How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: in Oslo, Norway 2009.
the deeper look at the practioners "being" and roll in faciltiation work.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I today see that partipcatory methods and faciltiation work in community efforts has been a part of my natural approach in life. I have practiced from many fields of work and volunteer efforts.
it is also now a part of my job as facilitator for community building ( many years experience ) and local community development and in my leadership position in a municiple district the past 10 years.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Local community development / organisational leadership.

Where do you live/work?: Live in Aurskog Høland kommune and work in Oslo kommune.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: am grateful for the possiblity to be able to take part in the self - organised traingings whcih take place in Oslo throughout the year.
my passion: to use the arts in community building.
