How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
ALIA 2011 in Columbus, OH. My track was all about Art of Hosting practices (Awakening Capacity for Wise and Skillful Leadership). And it was amazing!
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am new. Would love to become a practitioner. Have been using some practices like World Café at work.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I'm a software developer/agile coach by trade, but hope to spread out into other parts of business for my work. Though I am sure I will need to learn a lot more to be effective and have an appropriate language for this stuff.

I am passionate about helping people collaborate effectively. And right now am a fairly regular meditator.
