How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about the art of hosting at least 10 years ago and for me it is an organic process that invites and gives people permission to see possibilities. It also helps people see the best in themselves.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I have been practicing Peerspirit circle since 2002 and have expanded by adding AOH practices and processes to my way of being in the world. At this time I am an experienced practitioner working towards being a steward.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
My main area of focus has been in health care with frontline staff, management and unions.
Where do you live/work?
I live just north east of Toronto and generally work in the GTA
