- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I attended my first Art of Hosting in St Albert, June 2010 and was then part of the calling team for the Calgary Art of Hosting, January 2011. I have been attracted to the AoH framework as it recognizes and cultivates humanity within our systems... and it speaks to my soul.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I have a multi-faceted practice that has included facilitation for many years... but I am just beginning the journey of integrating the AoH frame into my many practices.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- I work primarily in the nonprofit sector, guiding decision makers and supporting implementers in many areas of social innovation including stakeholder engagement, co-locations, mergers, applied research, strategic planning, social enterprise, organizational development, mentoring, and change management.
