I have always looked for methods to foster participation, full expression of individual and team potential, and I trust the collective intelligence more than a single vision (including my own .-) )

- I am new, but I have tryed alone some technique in my previous research team, and zith friends in meetings organized in the associations of well-being and personal developpment. I would like to organize my next parties with friends in a participatory way
