How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Attending the Art of Hosting workshop at HUB Madrid, Spain, July 2011, attracted by the need to continue my journey into systemic methologies, U-process...in the scope of hosting global, organizational and personal change
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Starting practitioner. I have already conducted my first inmersions into world cafés, open space...and I am using many of the practices in my organization (non-profit), lecturing etc. specially linking with organizational learning and innovation.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Developing whole system approaches to social innovation, organizational change, community empowerment...
Where do you live/work?
Madrid, Spain
