How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I was looking up a friend, Tim Merry, and as I looked over some of the videos and sessions and comments, I thought "this is my tribe!" I ought to see if I can join!

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been facilitating change in the diversity and cross-cultural field for 15+ years, living in a variety of countries. My sessions and programs start with the belief that everyone has a unique contribution and perspective, and it is my job to fan that spark, and facilitate contributions on the program theme. I would say I am an experienced practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Facilitation of diversity and cross-cultural inclusion. Culture change; reconciliation; inclusion.
