- Work with CHE International (Spiral Dynamics Integral) work with many of the compoent and has "Integral" approch. Experiences many structures as Open space technology, World Cafe, MeshWorks and others.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I work in many organizations in their initial stage where I structure meeting and design the envinoment. I support people in their navigation within the Chaos of creation.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Initiating of groups and businesses, restructuring and design of education/learning spaces
