How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Attended AoH training on Bowen Island, BC Canada Sept/Oct 2008

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been hosting individual and group coaching conversations that support stepping forward in authentic leadership in a persons personal and professional life.

I am currently collaborating with a team to bring into organizations and my community the kind of conversations that will lead to cultivating compassion.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Cultivating compassion, mindfulness and authentic/presence-based personal and professional leadership.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: My passions is to bring the Charter for Compassion to life (www.charterforcompassion.org) in my own life, organizations and in my community.
