How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I learned about it by reading the "Facilitator's Guide to Participatory Decision-Making." I'm interested in exploring facilitation and participatory decision-making and how it may interact with cultural proficiency and impact decision-making in the PCUSA.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Limited-- experience with similar means like open space, world cafe, etc. New to this frame for the work I do and interested in how cultural proficiency may intersect with these methods.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Representation and participation work in a major US-based Christian denomination. Diversity and inclusion work interested in participation in decision-making.
