How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: From ALIA Summer Institute formally and have experienced a number of the techniques in my work life.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Definitely Starting Practioner although I would like more formal training. I have only hosted in the World Cafe format.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Change Management / organizational development

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Interested in being part of a set of solutions that improves the well-being of any disadvantaged population in my community or more broadly.
