How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Doing work on the upcoming Art of Participatory Leadership and Social Innovation Intensive on August 23-25, 2012, which will be held in Woodside, California.

Drawn to the opportunity to work with folks who are passionate about seeing and doing the work that inspires creative collaboration and community in a world that desperately needs it. !
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am part of a very skilled facilitation team that will be hosting the Art of Participatory Leadership and Social Innovation this August 23-25, 2012. Although I am new to the practice, our team is headed by Kathy Jourdain and Jerry Nagel, who are both very talented and experienced practitioners in the field.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Participatory leadership, social innovation, collaboration, complexity, bringing the Art of Hosting to new communities, companies and areas of the world that need to relearn the art and process of working together in community.
