- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- surfing on the web, looking for methods to have meaningful conversations as part of an academic program for boardmembers in education. (date: February 2013)
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- My competence is new, but I do have much experience in organizing meaningful conversations/ dialogues for organizations and projects. (one of my services is The Power of Listening).
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Creating meaningful successes together (rather than being focused on planning and control). Sustainability, purpose, inspiration, cooperation, teambuilding, connectedness, innovation, change, emotional intelligence, the 'new time', project leading.
- Where do you live/work?
- the Netherlands
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- My passions and interests are life, nature and the human spirit. I'm intrigued by the mechanisms that come into being when a human being acts within a system (an organization, group, etc.) I hope to bring people back to their unity of body, mind and soul so that their actions reflect their 'wholiness', which will lead to a more natural world.
