How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Through a friend who attended an AOH training on Bowen Island, BC, facilitated by Tenneson, Teresa and Caitlyn Frost's partner.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): As I read about the orientation and process, it fits with the Research and Practice I have been devoted to for 30 years -- grounded in human interaction, complexity science, social constructionism, epistomological and transformational change.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Developing and Supporting Sustainability Leaders by facilitating:
• Capacity building
• New skills development
• Exploration dialogue
• Strategic framing, doing, monitoring and adjusting in an ever-changing environment
• Navigating complexity
• Embracing conflict for expanded, breakthrough thinking/solutions
• Innovation for new world thinking and doing
