How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

In the spring of 2010, I attended a AoH conference in Karlskrona, which was the first touchpoint for me with the concept of AoH. I then realized that in the organization I'm active in (AIESEC) we use a lot of these techniques as a part of our platform for leadership development. I have since then used a lot of the techniques and have made them rooted in our Swedish organizational context.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Planning for new projects internally. Creating dialogue with stakeholders and partners externally.
