How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I have been very fortunate to work at an organization that has not only provided learning opportunities on AoH, but also incorporates the practices into our work environment.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I work at the Columbus Medical Association. Phil Cass, our CEO, introduced AoH practices to our organization many years ago. AoH has now become a way of life at the CMA. I have now begun to introduce some of the elements into my home life (e.g.weekly family meeting begins with a check-in question).

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: The use of AoH in the development of conversations among physicians in the central Ohio community.

Where do you live/work?: I live in Columbus, OH USA and work at the Columbus Medical Association
