Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I read about the Art of Hosting in Walk Out Walk On. I was attracted to it because it reflects the approach I believe in when engaging people.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have done a lot of facilitation - meetings, processes, retreats - while I haven't officially used the Art of Hosting, I have used many of the principles.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Nonprofit management - social service organizations, schools and other nonprofit organizations.

Where do you live/work?: Saint Louis, MO

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am eagerly exploring new ways of doing nonprofit work - engaging people through self awareness, constructive group interactions, shared vision, values and path and collective action.
