How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Brugge, Belgium, November 2009

Ability to influence and manage change processes by getting the best out of the collective wisdom of people.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): starting

I have been able to bring elements into working environment, but have struggled to create the space and time to do so in a predominantly quick-reaction environment.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: strategic thinking - humanitarian system and community

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: A sense that everyone can strive to make a difference and that there are many domains at all levels that could benefit from people working together to improve our world to make it a more equitable place with a serious commitment to the collective stewardship of the planet.
