How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I journeyed to the Art of Hosting website as I explored Margaret Wheatley's articles. Her website has a link. March 16, 2011.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am a Leadership Coach and OD practitioner and I am new to the Art of Hosting. My passion revolves around bringing powerful questions to difficult issues whether it is with individuals or in communities, organizations and non-profits. At this time, I am looking to connect with others as I look for my way forward. As serendipity would have it, I happened upon this site.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Collaborations of non-profit agencies and community wide initiatives focused around questioning and strengths. Leadership coaching of individuals and groups.
