How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
From member profile of Manfred Hellrigl whom I have met before.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I consider myself to be between an experienced practitioner and a steward of "the craft" :-)
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Extending the benefits of the "Wisdom Council" technique that was articulated and developed by Jim Rough. Taking the conclusions from any one Wisdom Council and using them to involve the broader community in dialogue and deliberation about those issues.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Seattle but I work with collaborating partners everywhere

Hello John, I add my welcome to Benjamin's! There are actually quite a few people in Seattle who are part of the Art of Hosting community (not sure how many are using this ning site yet - now I am curious about that, and shall have to go investigate). Also, from your work with Jim Rough, I think you must know Rosa Zubizarreta, whom I have had the pleasure of getting to know over the past couple of years?
