- Through colleagues when I worked at the European Commission (DG BUDGET). I did the 3-day training hosted and organised by EC colleagues and external advisers
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Used the techniques in meetings of Assistants network. Basic practice of the techniques.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- - improve working relationship between teams, within hierarchical structure
- introduce more dynamic thinking towards problem-solving
