How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Through Carla Kimball +/- 2006 in the USA. I'm attracted to the challenge of bringing diverse voices to the table and addressing difficult community and organizational issues.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I just attended the June 2011 AOH in Pattya, Thailand. I'm a starting practitioner who has 20+ years of professional coaching, training, and consulting work under his belt. I've previously studied Appreciative Inquiry, story-telling, and had exposure to World Cafe and Open Space going back about 12 years.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Currently, applying this to having members up and down in their companies develop more ownership of workplace safety. I will branch out from this, bringing different organizational members into alignment to address their adaptive challenges.
Where do you live/work?
Live in Singapore and work in the region.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Coaching, story-telling, world music, theater, social innovation.
