How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I first heard about the Art of Hosting from colleagues in 2010 and had the pleasure of learning more about it in July 2011 at a 2 day session called Innovating for Healthy Communities. I am attracted to the Art of Hosting because I am passionate about a "human first" approach and finding ways to work differently in an old system.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I'm fairly new although I am familiar with many of the concepts through colleagues and meetings they have hosted.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Injury prevention.
