Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
After taking 3 Dragon Dreaming Workshops with John Croft, I Googled around and found, http://artofhosting.ning.com/events/dragon-dreaming-the-art-of-sust...
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
This is my first experience with Art of Hosting.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
We are in the process of opening the first Dragon Dreaming Centre in Canada and I am hoping to discover people in the area, who are familiar with or who would like to learn about, a process for completing outrageously successful projects that focus on personal growth, community building, and service to the Earth. The information is open source and the primary objective is to inform people of the ongoing and upcoming environmental challenges, while offering a fun and easy method that will help each of us and our communities, to prepare to face the future by developing strong interpersonal relationships with each other, and building a sustainable, local, gift economy.
Where do you live/work?
Dragon Dreaming Canada, Penticton, BC
Would you like to share a web address?
http://coming soon
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My passions are, music (I play the guitar and sing), building strong community relationships, random acts of kindness, a small cabin in the woods (don't have one yet), reading, permaculture, dogs, the sound of a creek, and feeling a connection with the planet.

Welcome to the Art of Hosting community, Jeffrey! Glad to see you here! Please post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you.  There is a very active AoH presence in BC.  You might want to connect with Chris Corrigan and Caitlain Frost to learn more.
