How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Invited to attend the AOH event with InCommons - in Mpls ending today. (Dec 12-14)
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Good three days with a powerful punch at the end - school shooting in CT, now the Art of Hosting appears even more necessary to share and encourage engagement.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Facilitating and networking in the public art field locally and globally. I serve to advise, consult, present, advocate and support cross sector collaborations.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Yes, primarily all things having to do with public art and placemaking—and the intersection of art, community, education and public policy.
I'm excited to grow a network of partners interested in global research, publishing, promoting and sharing.

Welcome to the Art of Hosting community, Jack! Glad to see you here! Please post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. Amazing how life jumps in to reinforce your learning, isn't it?
