How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

First on Internet 3 years ago, then several practicers whith whom I work this last months January 2017 in Paris.
A community to share experimentations. I'm feeling alone !

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I've practiced the World cafe since about 2014, I've just learned the Open Forum. So I'm starting practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

My primary topic is how to make change the way my customers use to work together : brain posture, organisation, innovation. I work as much with employees than with top managers and CEO because everybody in the companies have to change.
