How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

I learned about Open Space Technology of hosting knowledge sharing in 2005 in my organizational retreat program in Ottawa, Canada. Later years, we followed this approach of hosting various learning platforms and knowledge sharing activities in Nepal and South Asian region, which gave us confidence with the art of hosting.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Facilitating a platform where knowledge could be shared by anyone and to everyone. To minimize the hurdles in the path of wider sharing of knowledge and creating willingness and motivation among the participants to share from their learnings.

Where do you live/work?

I live in Kathmnadu, Nepal and I work in Nepal and nearby South Asian countries.
