How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: A number of my colleagues have been trained in the Art of Hosting and they have been using a variety of hosting techniques within our organization over the past 2 years. I'm excited to participate in the Art of Hosting training workshop to learn more about how to incorporate these participatory leadership practices into my work.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I've begun to us some Art of Hosting practices in my work, following the lead of some of my colleagues who've been using these processes for a while. I would say my competence level would be somewhere between new and starting practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Public Health in general and more specficially nutrition and breastfeeding, early childhood.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I love spending time in the outdoors camping, canoeing and hiking. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and also meeting and engaging with others with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I have a stong interest in social justice.
