How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I did the Art of Hosting training on Parque Visão Futuro (www.visaofuturo.org.br), in São Paulo, Brazil, on 2010, with Kathy Jourdain, Bob Wing, Tamara Azevedo, Thomas Uffer, Narjara Thamiz and Maria Barreto as hosts. I was attracted by the call made by my friend Narjara, and once I was there, I was really glad to see that the training had many tools and knowledges that had to do with what I already did as a work and gave me more tools for hosting meaningful conversations. Also, I really loved the hosting team.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I would consider myself an experienced practitioner, because I use Art of Hosting in many processes that I host as a human development and sustainability coach and consultant in companys, social organizations and communities, though I don't use the techniches strictly as I learned them (sometimes I do, sometimes I innovate). Also, I am part of a community of social entrepeneurs that use Art of Hosting as one of the metodologies for way of working (meetings, conflict resolutions, strategical planning etc). Also, Art of Hosting is an important methodological basis of my own methdology for developing sustainable relationships, which I quote in the book I'm writing about this subject.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Sustainability, sustainable relationships, inovation in education, leadership, art, talking about love and empathy in all these fields I mentioned.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Meditation, Yoga, Music (Jazz, spiritual, brazilian popular music, classical, world music etc), children books, poetry, nature, movies, dance, vegetarian food, social innovation in communities, social organizations and business, and so much more...
