- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I learned Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry, and World Cafe, then found out that there was this thing, "Art of Hosting" that brought them all together. I learned about AoH in an article--some years ago.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I'm experienced in Open Space Technology, AI, and World Cafe. I'm new in the other modalities. And an on-going learner in all of it!
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Mostly community development mixed with strategic planning and leadership/team development.
- Where do you live/work?
- Evanston/West Rogers Park
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- How to cultivate organizational cultures that support well-being, sustainability AND where goals/mission--including financial ones--are accomplished?
Then of course, simply enjoying life such as it is (and isn't!).
