How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Attended Art of Hosting in Glencree, Wicklow, Ireland in 2008 (?).
What attracted me? - The possibility of rediscovering community; power of the word; discovering my own confidence.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Initiated two World Cafes (cir 60 attendees) in place of work (adult college); ongoing Dialogue monthly over the last 7 years again in workplace; also a number of discussions every week on learning, advocacy, life in organizations, human needs, citizenship etc.
(I feel competent in a number of areas/vehicles)

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Power, assumption and denial of same; the huge unrealized human potential in ordinary people; wish to participate in the generation of a response to established structures in society; building capacity for expression and articulacy among people "on the ground";

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: All the above; other interests/passions that somehow haven't found words for themselves yet.
