How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Heard first about Art og Hosting from Chris Chapman at a Collaborative action learning seminar in Cloughjordan ecovillage in Irland oct 2012. Participated in a learning Village i Copenhagen in December 2012, where I met Toke and Mary Alice and Jan Hein. At that time i decided to step into the working of AoH. I was attracted by the hosting aspect and the Holistic perspective,
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am new in working with AoH, but are a very experienced facilitator in World cafe, and open space processes.The last 26 years I have worked as process consultant and facilitator based on Bernard Lievegoed’s holistic and spiritual methods of social ecology. I attended an AoH training in Hamburg and have been in the design and hosting team for 2 AoH event in Sweden focusing on creating af Sweden 3.0
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I am primarily working with issues of teambuilding, development and vision building processes in municipalities and non-profit organizations. I am a specialist in conflict resolution and dialog and value based leadership development. I have known Theory-U since 2005.
Where do you live/work?
I live i Copenhagen and can host in Danish and English
