How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first became aware of The Art of Hosting in 2010 after seeing it listed on the profiles of people from another practice community that I am involved with. As someone who hosts/facilitates a large number of conference calls, I continually seek to broaden my approach and deepen my sensitivity to new forms of emergence. I am finally joining the community site in January 2012 after a friend in AoH shared some details about the rich discussions taking place here.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
While I am familiar with other approaches and fairly experienced in facilitating groups, I am relatively "new" with respect to the The Art of Hosting.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Much of my hosting work thus far has been in the context of philosophical and spiritual inquiry. I am now entering a phase of developing new forms of Integral political discourse and practice. My website for "Evolutionary Engagements" will be launching in early 2012.
Where do you live/work?
I live in the U.S. but work beyond borders and without boundaries.
