How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about AoH through the Berkana Institute. I heard about the Berkana Institute through a friend and classmate in Buenos Aires. She recommended Berkana in response to my interest in scaling conflict transformation tools to a level of global impact. Which is my Masters Thesis research topic and a lifelong question
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I have been facilitating groups for over 17 years. I have been a facilitative mediator since 2007. I have hosted World Cafes and have participated in Open Spaces and restorative circles. I think that makes me a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Conflict Transformation, International Relations, Inter-cultural communication

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
anti-racism, social justice
