- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- Book: Walk Out Walk On, by Margaret Wheatley, Deborah Frieze, in 2011. Chapter on Homelessness in America resonated with me--I've helped run an all-volunteer (NO paid staff) homeless shelter in Atlanta for over 30 years.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I have no experience with this particular practice of dialogue, but have lead many "conversations" over the years, and participated in many as well.
I look forward to learning much, much more about AOH Practice.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Poverty & destitution
