How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have been practicing participatory leadership at the EC for the last year and a half and I am a member of the internal consultancy team who wok with art of hosting and harvesting and participatory leadership. I am a colleague of many people who are part of ning :)
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I consider myself to be an experienced practitioner, in spite of a rather short time since I was first trained because it is my daily work to host and harvest conversations and participatory processes at various levels of scale.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Organisational Development in the EC context, working with cultural change, strategy building
Where do you live/work?
In Brussels, at the European Commission
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
harvesting, harvesting and harvesting :)
