How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I think that the first I heard of the Art of Hosting during my doctoral studies. More recently, Teaching a class in a M.Ed. in executive leadership program (2010), I learned more about The Art of Hosting connected to Peter Block's work with communities and through Appreciative Inquiry and the World Cafe. Recently, I received info through a Presencing Institute Community link to this website. I'm attracted to it because it connects to, complements, and facilitates effective models of transformational change.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been involved with or have facilitated several Appreciative Inquiry/World Cafe processes. My level of competence would be experienced practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Community change and education.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Transformation of PK-20+ Education and communities.
