- Worked as facilitator of small groups for experiential team building workshops over a number of years and with large groups using Open Space on several occasions. Reasonably competent.

- Systems thinking.

- I try to be encouraged by the growing community developing and supporting these ideas and to fend off my despair about how slow it is to catch on where I work.
