How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Internet browsing and found a link about 2 years ago.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Inexperienced in Art of Hosting but have experience in facilitation work through community development practice over my working life.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Human rights and policy and service development work in relation to disability and ageing.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: *Changing the paradigm in quality improvement approaches from an investment in distrust to trust based investment.
*Exploring the role of recreation and leisure in promoting quality of life for marginalised and disempowered individuals.
