I am an executive facilitator and run an independent consulting business that focuses on group facilitations.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Communication skills and leaning into difficult conversations.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?

I am an avid swimmer. The sport reflects my passion - to create contexts for 'flow', which often take place only once group trust is built, and space if held to bravely name what is getting in the way of teams working well together.
