How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: A meeting with Mary Alice Arthur who hosted a UnitingCare Community discussion

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I love the idea of Art of Hosting and witnessed a depth of conversation that explores and defines issues and allows for creative responses. I also enjoyed listening to participant's expression of their strengths and how they were encouraged to use them in problem solving. The energy this process generates is inspiring, motivating and spawns a positive atmosphere when participants returned to the workplace. .

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: The National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: There are multiple conversations to be had in the disability sector and I would like to be involved in these.
