How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I heard about Art of Hosting a long time ago (sorry, can't really pinpoint the date), however the tipping point for joing this group was an participatory leadership gathering in Brussels in November 2011.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have hosted several events during the last 10 years, including two Art of Participatory Leadership trainings in the European Commission in 2011. I strive to give guidance to my colleagues and turn any meeting into a space for meaningful conversations.
I would say my level of competence is experienced practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: My passion goes into helping people to discover their innate leadership abilities. I believe that we can all be leaders, independent of our formal position and when we see that, we can change the world.
