Through Tim Merry and Sera Thompson at Moving the Food Movement events in Nova Scotia.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am relatively new to the Art of Hosting. We have been using this practice in our project Activating Change Together for Community Food Security which is a participatory research project in Nova Scotia. I have had some experience participating in AoH and have some beginning experiences with practice.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Participatory action research to build capacity for policy change for food security.
