Attracted especially to the promise it holds for bringing forth the best of the widest diversity to focus on issues that matter in a world of chaos and complexity
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Starting practitioner. Have used elements such as World Cafe, Open Space, Powerful Questions, Appreciative Inquiry, etc. in various ways throughout career. Now beginning to use more deeply, especially in collective wrok.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- social sector (nonprofit, but also increasingly cross-sector) leaders acting on what matters beyond organizational walls--might be called things like strategic planning, leadership development, organization development, governance, etc.
